At the Tastee Stop Trolley you can enjoy favorites from the old Dairy (Queen) Corner in Broken Bow NE in the Tastee Burger, Coney Dog and Potato Salad. The Trolley offers a treat new to the area in their Italian Ice.

Video of the Week
GROW Nebraska hosted an opportunity for food members to showcase their products to the buyers and top management of Russ's B&R Stores on July 7, 2010. Twenty-one GROW food vendors are displaying and sampling their products. This video features Marty Jarvis, Director of Marketing for B&R Stores, Inc. He explains how small vendors can increase the chances of getting products in wholesalers such as Russ's and Super Saver.

Have Your Product In the State Fair Store
Before we know it the State Fair will be upon us. Do you want your product in the store? If so, please sign up today! Prices are no charge for 2010 bundle members, $30 for members who work at least one 6 our shift, $50 for members who do not work, and $150 if GROW has to take down, haul and pack your product. This year's State Fair store is in Grand Island from August 27 through September 6. The store hours are 9am-9pm.
GROW will also be offering some training. Please let us know on the sign up form which topic(s) you like best.

Thank you to Wendy from It's All About Bees for the referral of new GROW member Prairie Barn. She will receive a $25 for her efforts!
Member Nancy Lepo will be featured in the Governor's Residence Exhibition Program during the 2010/11 season. You can view her items from March 16, 2011 - April 15, 2011. The Nebraska Governor's Residence is located at 1425 "H" Street, in Lincoln. The residence is open for public tours on Thursdays from 1 to 4 pm. Groups visiting Nebraska's capital city may enjoy a guided tour of the home featuring this exhibition series, historical information and memorabilia collected by Nebraska's first families. Congrats Nancy!

- Electronic Federal Tax Payment System
Presenter: Miriam Gottlieb, Internal Revenue Service, Territory Manager, Small Business/Self Employed.
This seminar will be held at the Nebraska Union (14th and R Street) at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and will run from 8:00 am to 9:30 am.
